I have changed some security info on my outlook account and it said that it will take 30 days for my account to resume. That would have taken took too long so I decided to cancel the security adjustments. When I logged in back to my outlook email, on the top it said "Outlook Mail (Preview)". I don't know why its there and I want to get rid of it. Please help me, Thanks.

I have this same problem. Happened after I installed Windows 10. Cannot send mail and use my email 30 times or more a day. This did not help me. I changed my password and still no help. Never had this problem with gmail

Your account was moved to the new Outlook.com on Office 365 hosting. You can't get rid of it - all accounts are moving this fall and winter.

Are you using Outlook on the desktop or Outlook on the Web? There is a know issue with Outlook desktop and Windows 10 upgrades that is fixed by running sfc

It has nothing to do with windows 10. They are in the process of moving outlook.com accounts to the new server - they are supposed to send an email letting you know it's going to be moved a few days before it moves so it doesn't come as a surprise.
